When you make a booking, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address (if you provide one), the size of your party, your requested date and time, any occasion you mention, and any preferences or dietary, allergy or access requirements you choose to share. Like most websites, our site also receives basic technical information from your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use your information to take and manage your booking and to contact you about it — this is necessary to provide the service you have asked for. We may also use it for the ordinary running of the restaurant, which is our legitimate interest. Any dietary or allergy information you give us is used only to help keep you safe and comfortable during your visit.
Your information is seen by our team. Trusted service providers who help us operate — for example the providers that power our booking confirmations, messaging and (where used) payments — only ever act on our instructions and only handle what they need to. We never sell your personal information to anyone.
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to manage your booking and keep reasonable business records, after which we securely delete it.
We keep cookies to a minimum. Some pages display a Google map or load fonts from Google, and these services may set their own cookies that are controlled by Google. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
